Our Repair Process

1. Schedule an appointment: Customers must schedule an appointment before the device can be serviced. We currently do not accept walk ins.

2. Receive Repair Quote: Once I have determined the issue with your device, A quote will be put together to be approved by the customer. Once approved I will immediately begin fixing your device and order any necessary replacement parts.

3. Pickup: Once the repair is completed, the customer will pickup their device and provide payment. All repairs are provided with a 30-day warranty.
